Our cutting-edge software revolutionizes Gas Carburizing. An intuitive GUI allows real-time process control and offline optimization. Multiple industries have embraced this powerful tool to enhance their production efficiency and quality and achieve superior case hardening results in an environment-friendly way.
Our new technology boosted the production efficiency from 13% SiC (of the total charge) to a remarkable 32% SIC (of the total charge) of the global standard. Simultaneously, we achieved substantial energy savings. A major industry player has already entered a trial license agreement for this groundbreaking technology.
